Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Lilo's Nature and to every distance contract concluded between Lilo's Nature and the consumer.

  2. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.

Article 3 – Offer

  1. This offer is non-binding. Lilo's Nature reserves the right to modify and adjust the offer.

  2. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Lilo's Nature.

  3. Product images are as accurate a representation of the products offered, but may vary in packaging or color.

Article 4 – Agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein.

  2. After the agreement has been concluded, the consumer will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Article 5 – Prices

  1. All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

  2. Lilo's Nature reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.

Article 6 – Payment

  1. The consumer must make payments via the payment methods offered on the website.

  2. If the payment is not completed successfully, the order will not be processed.

Article 7 – Delivery

  1. Lilo's Nature ships orders as soon as possible after receipt of payment.

  2. The delivery time is a maximum of 7 working days, unless otherwise agreed.

  3. If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be notified.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason.

  2. During this period the product must be handled with care.

  3. Products that are sealed for hygiene or health reasons cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Article 9 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • Consumable products where the seal has been broken (such as supplements or food).

  • Custom made or special ordered products.

Article 10 – Warranty and complaints

  1. Lilo's Nature guarantees the soundness of the delivered products within reasonable expectations.

  2. Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovery via info@lilosnature.nl .

  3. Lilo's Nature will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

Article 11 – Liability

  1. Lilo's Nature is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the products or failure to follow usage instructions.

  2. The use of supplements is at the consumer's own risk; if in doubt, it is recommended to consult a veterinarian.

Article 12 – Privacy

  1. Lilo's Nature handles personal data with care in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).

  2. Data will only be used for processing orders and communication.

Article 13 – Disputes

  1. Dutch law applies to all agreements.

  2. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands
