Returns Policy

At Lilos Nature, we sell 100% natural pet food and supplements. Because our products are food products and subject to hygiene and shelf life regulations, they cannot be returned .

No right of return on food and supplements

According to European and Dutch law (Article 6:230p BW), there is no right of withdrawal for:

  • Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons .

  • Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life.

Therefore, we cannot accept returns of pet food or supplements, even if the packaging is unopened.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered product

If your order was damaged during delivery, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours at support@lilosnature.nl with a photo of the product and your order number.

  • We will then ensure that you receive a new product , or we will refund the purchase amount.

In summary

  • Returns of food and supplements are not possible.

  • We will only resolve this for you free of charge in the event of damage or incorrect delivery .
